Why us?

Payment

With increasing costs for labor and material it is more important than ever to have consistent and reliable payments. We aim for no more than net 14 on any outstanding invoices for work completed to standard. This includes any necessary construction draws that are needed.

Communication

A steady inventory of projects means that communication is necessary to completing a successful project. Our Project Managers stay in constant communication with our venders to make sure that everyone is always on the same page.

Feedback

It's easy to make decisions from an air conditioned office, but usually the most important feedback comes from seeing and understanding a project. Your feedback directly shapes how we operate as we are constantly trying to improve.

Expectations

We understand the importance of clear communication and expectations when working with contractors. We strive to ensure that both parties understand the scope of the project, timelines, and expected deliverables. We communicate these expectations to our contractors and provide timely feedback to ensure that everything is on track.

Who we are

Kavanagh Strategic Properties is a veteran owned full service, turnkey real estate investment firm. Our main focus has been Columbus, GA and the surrounding areas with recent expansion throughout the Southeast. Once our homes are move-in ready our property management team takes over to turn the home into a high-quality rental.
